Cover Styl' Architectural Film
Cover Styl' lets you change how a surface looks without replacing it. It's a self-adhesive architectural film that goes over existing joinery, doors, walls and counters, in more than 500 finishes from timber and stone to brushed metal and textile. We're certified Cover Styl' installers, and we've been working with Melbourne businesses since 1969.
What is Cover Styl'?
Cover Styl' is a thermoformable vinyl film made for interiors. Heated during installation, it shapes around edges, corners and curves, so a finished cabinet or door reads as one surface rather than a wrapped panel. It's designed to handle everyday wear and regular cleaning in busy commercial spaces.
We're installers, not distributors. We source the film through Australian Cover Styl' suppliers for each job, which means we can choose the right finish for the surface and the traffic it gets.

If a surface is still sound but looks dated, it's usually a good candidate.
Why upgrade instead of replace
Replacing joinery means demolition, trades, noise and days of disruption. Cover Styl' goes over what's already there, so most jobs are finished in a fraction of the time and less ends up in a skip. We also install out of hours, so cafés, shops, offices and hotels can stay open while we work.

The range covers timber, stone and marble, concrete, metal, solid colours, textiles and leather looks. We'll bring samples so you can see the finish against your own space and lighting before you commit.
Why installation matters
Cover Styl' only looks like the real thing when it's installed properly: surfaces cleaned and prepared, joins planned, and edges and corners heated and finished. As certified installers, we're trained in Cover Styl's methods, and every job is handled by the same small team from quote to final install, including outside business hours.

Common questions
Is Cover Styl' the same as wallpaper or a sticker?
No. It's a thick architectural film designed for commercial interiors. It can be thermoformed around edges and takes regular cleaning.
What surfaces can it go on?
Most smooth, sound surfaces, including laminate, timber, painted surfaces, metal and some plastics. We check each surface before we quote.
Can it be used outside?
Cover Styl' has a dedicated exterior range for some facade applications. Ask us about your project.
Can you install outside business hours?
Yes. We regularly install at night and on weekends, so your business doesn't need to close.
Do you sell the film on its own?
No. We supply and install it as part of a job.
